Steve Paulson, MST, University of Montana
Steve Paulson has been with Lewistown Middle School since 1982. He is a 1973 graduate of Great Falls Central High School (which closed in 1973). He is also a graduate of the University of Great Falls in 1976, and has earned his Masters of Science for Teachers (MST), from the University of Montana in 1990. Before teaching in Lewistown, He taught at a private Junior High in Great Falls. Along with teaching 7th Grade Science, Mr. Paulson has served as the Head of the Lewistown Public Schools Science Curriculum Team, and has presented workshops at State, Regional and National Education and Science Conferences. Mr. Paulson has worked as a Senior Ski Patroller on the Showdown and Teton Pass Ski Patrol for 5 years, as an EMT for the Central Montana Medical Center Ambulance for 27 years, and is an active member of the Central Montana Search and Rescue Unit in Fergus County. He has Coached Fooball and Track and Field at Fergus High School for a combined 30 years, and many different sports at the Junior High level, and was involved in the Brewery Flats Restoration Project since it's start in 1990. He is a avid runner and has completed 8 marathons. He is happily married to Donna and they have five children, and eight grandchildren.
